It was time for an exam and new glasses! I settled on this place and received good service from start to finish. My only encouragement is to know what your vision plan covers if you have one. My eye exam was covered in full and was very comprehensive. My plan covered this exam in full in KS but limited in MO. Again, know your plan. As for the glasses, my plan covered more in MO than in KS. There was a nice selection of frames here but more on the higher end of prices. Wish there was a selection of lower priced frames which helps if on a limited budget. Know your plan! I am able to split my benefits which I may do next time. Overall, a good place.

I can’t say enough good things about this group. The staff is not only friendly but genuinely fun to interact with—they make each visit feel relaxed and welcoming. I’ve been through some tough eye issues, including ulcers, and they took excellent care of me, even referring me to a specialist who was just as wonderful. Every eye doctor I’ve seen here has been fantastic. Honestly, it’s the one yearly doctor appointment I don’t dread. Highly recommend!.

I had run into an issue with a pair of glasses I had ordered and the staff was incredibly helpful and understanding of the situation. Both Maria and Tim were wonderful helps and took the time to ensure I was receiving what I needed! I really appreciate the extra help and friendly interactions!.

Everyone was super nice and understanding and created a very welcoming environment. They broke down everything to be easily digestible and easy to comprehend, I appreciate that a lot, as someone who has a harder time understanding what is being told. Everyone did an excellent job easing my anxieties about getting my first eye exam.

Everyone was so nice and professional. From the tech that did my initial testing to the doctor that did my exam and the optician who helped me pick out glasses. It was such a fast and stream less experience that every Eye Care shop should have great job you guys.

Our experience with the pediatric eye doctor was AMAZING! You could tell they were familiar with kids very flexible with what the child needed to be comfortable. No feeling of being rushed, great explanations! 10/10 recommend!.

Great eye care -- thorough examination and great explanation. Dr. Brinckman explains terms and conditions completely and without all the doctor words! Highly recommend.

Dr. Brinkman is the best. Patient, incredibly intelligent, and takes the time needed to explain what he sees and all options available to me.
