My prescription was also more dialed in and correct. Online booking was easy, and even same day. The check in process was easy enough without having to check dozens of boxes with paper and pen. Pre-exam was straight to the point and great. The actual exam wasn't full of attempted up sells and got my prescription corrected. Going over insurance and ordering product was a breeze. It was about an hour as a new patient at the tail end of the business day with glasses being adjusted and ordering new contacts.
