I went into this place was greeted by the front desk and she was so amazing with my kid. She was so friendly. Then the tech that did the exam portion was so patient with my kid and she made her feel comfortable and then she played bluey while we waited for the Dr to come in. The Dr was so amazing and explained everything that was done and made us feel so welcomed. Then the lady that was showing us the glasses she was so good and showed my kid so many option and was helping her pick out a good pair. We loved it there 1000/10 recommend to go there. Such a good vibe.

Both technicians was nice and made me feel very comfortable. I met the eye doctor who was so sweet, honest and very knowledgeable about what she was doing. She explained everything to me and made me feel she cared about my well-being. I definitely will be back. Thank You.

The staff were friendly and professional. My doctor, she couldn't have been more informative and dedicated to making sure I understood everything. I was use to going to the big "membership" place and getting only a basic exam. But A.R.E.C. was a very nice change. I highly recommend and can't say enough about this office.

This was the second time I’ve gone to All About Eyes. Their service is timely and sincere. The staff genuinely helped me find more affordable options from the original $450 frames I picked. Moreover they have a wide selection of those luxury frames (Prada, Versace), middle ground (like Calvin Klein), and super affordable. Dr Jalota is kind and knowledgeable. My husband had an issue he was concerned about and he took the time to address it and a plan to follow up. Will be returning!!.

Have been seeing the eye doctor here for four years. They have always been cool with me getting my script to order my glasses online. Will continue going! The newer OD Jasmine is top notch! She really does take the time to explain and answer my questions!.

Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very honest about tints and everything. Excellent and quick visit.

Great experience at Rockford Optometry. Very pleasant staff and Dr. Chanthalangsy is friendly, professional, and thorough. She won’t make you feel rushed, taking the time to make sure you’re happy and understanding what she’s explaining. Nice office too.

Everyone was extremely helpful & very nice. The doctor did a thorough exam. I did not feel rushed like other places. She took her time & explained everything in detail. I have already recommended them to family members & coworkers.

My daughter was nervous but the Dr. took her time and explained things, was patient and knowledgeable about the issues at hand. Would recommend her to everyone.
