This place is very welcoming and professional as well as patient. The area is very clean and up to date. I love the music they play! Very expressive in culture as well. I love that they all speak Spanish. Being attended by Estrada was very nice! He knows what he does and explains things perfectly, with a great character and honesty he was able to assess my eye care needs. Overall the process as a new patient is very easy I called only a day or two after Monday and got an appointment the same week. All other care providers there and assistants were very nice. Easy entrance to building and plenty of space for waiting room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Estrada is caring and explains everything so well and goes in depth with his patients. You can tell he is passionate about his patients. I have been a patient since 1995, since I was a child and now I take my own children. Always a pleasure to visit this office.

Had a great experience with Dr Estrada and staff. Dr Estrada takes the time to explain to you in detail and answer all questions. That is how it should be. Last place I went to it was in and out. Not very good. This place is awesome.

Everyone was very professional. The doctor took his time to explain what my prescription meant and voiced his concerns about possibly giving me too strong of a prescription. I truly appreciate him taking the time to think about how this new prescription could affect my daily activities. The associates were truly great and helped me find the best deal- I love that they didn’t try and sell me the most expensive frame/lens. I will definitely be recommending this location to others.

Staff good about accommodation for neurodivergence, excellent communication around how to best select prescription for daily needs, and interference from neighboring vendors' music reduced since last visit.

The eye Doctor was great. He took his time and ask many questions to make sure he was getting my prescription correct. I was extremely impressed. The staff that help me pick out my glasses was also GREAT!!!.

I have been a patient at Vantage Eye Care for many years, utilizing both their medical services for eye exams, as well as their optical services for prescription eyewear. I recently visited the optical department to browse through the selection of frames for prescription sunglasses and eyeglasses. On this day, I had the fortune of being greeted by a very friendly and helpful technician named Kim. In this day and age, where employees sometimes forget the importance and impact of customer service, it was refreshing to have such a positive experience. Kim greeted me with a smile and offered her assistance to help me select frames based on my needs and preferences. She was very patient and helpful. She was also knowledgeable about my insurance plan coverage, and thoroughly explained options offered by Vantage. A couple weeks later, I went to pick up my prescription sunglasses. Kim happened to be there and immediately stopped what she was doing, to offer her assistance. Once again, she greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to complete my transaction. Working with Kim was a pleasure, and I truly appreciated her kind and friendly demeanor. Employees like her make all the difference in giving customers a positive experience. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had there in probably fifteen years. Kudos to Kim, attitude is everything!

Very little waiting time and excellent service! However, the room in which Amy gave us the instructions for the eye drops for the upcoming surgery wasn't really big enough to hold a wheelchair and two people.

I don't know about the other patients, but has far as I'm concerned, my doctor is awesome and I haven't gotten a negative response from any other staff member there! I would recommend this place to anyone!.
