Super friendly. First off reception is on point and nice. Process went smoothly didn't wait much and overall amazing comforting environment. Definitely recommend i paid outta pocket but got and amazing discount. Would definitely recommend.

Returning here from when I was a kid and receive such good service. They have remodeled since the last time I was here which was years ago. The young lady who helped me was very nice and explained everything well.

My daughter and I absolutely love this place! Have been coming here for years and will keep coming back. The staff and dr are awesome and courteous and so helpful. Highly recommend this office.

Dr.Dalwadi is amazing! She took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything in detail, helping me fully understand how she tailored my prescription for the best vision when reading, driving, and working on the computer. This was my second visit with her, and it certainly won’t be my last. The staff is also fantastic—Ana, as always, was very helpful and made the process smooth. Highly recommend!.

I'm very grateful for the excellent service I had yesterday at Lens Crafters in San Bernardino. They all were very helpful and efficient. The optometrist was very patient and thorough to get the prescription right with helpful advice. I will definitely go there again.

Dr.Dalwadi and her team were very helpful and kind. Dr. Dalwadi found my very complicated eye condition and explained it to me with such simplicity and grace. Thank you for a great visit I 1,000 percent recommend this place !.

I had a wonderful experience at this optometry clinic! I came in for a routine eye exam, and the process was smooth and efficient. The optometrist was friendly and very thorough in checking my vision. They even walked me through the latest lens options that would be best suited for my lifestyle. Their prices were reasonable, and the quality of service was outstanding. It's clear that this place values its customers and offers great value for the care they provide.

I’ve been at this office since it was previously Freestone Optometric and was a little hesitant with the change. The staff up front is friendly and welcoming. Dr Phung was knowledgeable, great to talk with and learn from. The best part was picking my new frames with Kim! She took careful consideration for my personal taste but also helped me find something new, which I love! I will continue to come back.

Dr. Sylvia Phung is a great optometrist. Explained every aspect of the exam in detail. The support is great as well - friendly and helpful.
