Buttar Cups Fancy Face Painting

We attended the World Culture Festival at the Virginia Beach Convention Center and were pleasantly surprised to find an amazing face painting artist there. The lady who ran the booth was extremely kind, although I regret that I can't recall her name. She worked her magic in less than 10 minutes and the result was simply incredible. Needless to say, my two little girls were overjoyed. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Had the pleasure of working with Buttar Cups numerous times and we look forward to doing it more! I recommend her for business and personal.

I was blown away by the face painting all of the kids loved it! They also loved the balloon twisting. Would strongly recommend her and will be using her again!
