Dreams In Technicolor Face Painting

Elvia is SO talented. We’ve hired her for all our kids birthday parties for the last several years (and I have 3 kids so LOTS of birthdays going on over here)! She’s also done my husband and I’s paint for an auction costume and got rave reviews! Aside from her insane artistic abilities, Elvia truly has a heart of gold! She is so good with kids and we’ve recommended her to EVERYONE that attends our parties. She is one of a kind!!
