"Haggard Park is a great place for families to play, and the park includes an Interurban Railway Museum, a gazebo, and a playground. The park hosts various concerts and festivals throughout the year. The park has two playgrounds and outdoor gym equipment. Haggard Park is an excellent location to take family photos, and the pavilion is available for use as well. It's a great place to spend time with friends and family, and perfect for a relaxing stroll in the evening. There are also a few good food spots up the road, so people can have a great meal and enjoy a picnic.

2026 Update: Haggard Park features a charming pond with a fountain and bridge, creating a picturesque setting for walks. RUSSELL CREEK PARK REVIEWS

I love this park. This is my go to place whenever I have time. It is so big and has so many things to offer. It has cricket, football(soccer)and baseball grounds. It has a park with a pond where you can do bird watching,fishing, feed ducks. It has a trail too. There is a play area for kids and pavilion with grills. There is also a volleyball court. There is plenty of parking all over the park. The bathrooms are clean.I have beautiful memories here and would recommend anyone to visit this place.

It's nice park with a lake and lots of open area to play. The picnic area and the shade I found to be small and crowded. But there is ample trail to jog, skating and cycling around the lake. Nice place to spend time in the morning and evening.

Beautiful park! I love bringing my toddlers here, the love the playground, the trail, and fishing in the pond. Always clean, always well maintained.

Nice and enjoyable. Small park that's wheelchair accessible. Filled with mature trees and wonderful flowering plants. Has a great playground for the kids. Bring the family for a picnic and enjoy the turtles and ducks by the ponds. It's also filled with pokestops and gyms, so it's great for playing PokemonGo.

Found this park by accident and it’s the cutest park ever! There’s tons of parking and space to play around. Really nice play areas for toddlers and bug kids, and I love the walk around area that includes the bridge and fountains. Ill be visiting this park again!.

Located at the center of Plano city, texas haggard park is beautiful and very peaceful. It had a beautiful pond and hut shape structure in center of the park. Ans the bridge over the pond enhances its beauty. Really a must visit. Kids playground also available.

WINDHAVEN MEADOWS PARK REVIEWS

First visit here and would have been 5 stars but the ladies bathroom smelled heavily like urine. I didn't take a ton of pics because there was a school having a field trip. Park was clean, equipment was in great shape, the little splash pad was cute. Grounds seem well kept and plenty of parking. If in the area definitely recommend, great place for the kids to have fun.

This park is absolutely wonderful—definitely a 5-star spot! It’s clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families. The restrooms are nice and kept in good condition, which is always a big plus. The splash park is a highlight, especially on hot days, and the playground is fun, safe, and great for kids of all ages. Overall, a great place to relax, play, and enjoy time outdoors. Highly recommend!.

Very beautiful nice place. Very clean and nice people. Small dog and big dogs are separated.
