3 Best Sports Bars in Plano, TX

Second time at this place and I was happy both times. We had the same waitress (Ebony) and she’s awesome, attentive with a great personality! Will definitely be requesting her when I come back. Got a side salad and wings both times (I definitely recommend the mango habanero flavor) and tried the Bjs.

The food was great that my server recommended to me when asked what was good. My server Ashley was awesome and great conversation and very nice. The atmosphere was also good with nice scenic views and many TVs around to watch also. Definitely will be going back.

Great! The kids had a wonderful time. If you want to laugh at your adolescents take them here. The amount of embarrassment is worth it. This place is a lingerie-clad semi-nude atmosphere. I would highly recommend it.

This was my first visit to Austin Avenue Grill. I remember seeing this restaurant since I moved to Plano in 2002. I also remember when it burned down. I’m glad they rebuilt. I joined friends for happy hour on a Thursday afternoon. Happy Hour ends at 7, later than most restaurants. On the night we visited, drafts and mixed drinks were discounted as well as wings. Our table ordered drinks and various appetizers; e.g., potato skins, quesadillas, burgers, wings, and even a salad. The best part about Austin Avenue is the vibe. It is a great sports bar. There are big screens everywhere. There are two large rooms indoors and a large outdoor patio which also has a big screen. This is the perfect place to meet friends and watch a game. Service was great and very tolerant. We were a group of 8 or 9, all on separate checks. It was not a problem for our servers.

I finally got to visit this place, and sadly I’m let down. Atmosphere is fine, service is friendly, but the food was a let down. Fries were just ok, Waffle Fries was ok but tasted weird with its breading, but the chicken tenders were a major let down cause it tasted too dry. A lot of restaurants seem to have this problem where the breading overtakes the meat, and the meat doesn’t taste as fresh or juicy and has this too dry taste to it. I’m glad I finally checked it out, but I have no interest in returning anytime soon.

Loved the whole vibe! The staff was excellent, and the food was great! We went on a Saturday night when they were doing karaoke and it was so fun! Watching guys sing, "I'm a Barbie Girl" was hilarious! We had a great time! Good vibe, great people and the atmosphere was perfect. ??.
