recently had the pleasure of working with Rachel and Tran for my tax return, and I couldn't be happier with the experience, especially since it was all done remotely. Despite the distance, their professionalism and eagerness to assist shone through from the very first call. Rachel and Tran are an exceptional team; their combined expertise and seamless collaboration made the entire tax preparation process feel effortless and smooth, even from many cities away. Their communication was concise, and incredibly efficient, making the complex world of filing taxes less daunting, all without the need for an in-person visit! A much simpler and way than a certain online company that owns the industry. Thanks to Rachel and Tran, what is often a stressful time of year was turned into a positive, hassle-free experience. A huge thank you to Richard and his team for helping me out. I had made financial mistakes while I was younger, and Richard was very direct/transparent while guiding me through making plans to iron everything out. It was nice to be able to work together to address my concerns, and I appreciate how open and flexible Roundleaf has been for me. There was a time period where I was very overwhelmed and confused in the process, and a tip I have would be to not hesitate in asking ask Roundleaf to slow things down and explain everything thoroughly. I had to educate myself on things I didn't know about, and it took a while to learn that that was okay. The Roundleaf team was always available to answer questions, and they were very good about following up/staying on top of processes. Looking forward to more growth, and I'm very glad to have Roundleaf's support along the way!

IT WORKS!!!!!!! RoundLeaf San Jose with Richard and all their client support team helped me erase credit card and loan debt I thought back in March 2019 was impossible. I had a total of over 7 accounts of debt each ranging from $2k to even a loan of $18k and RoundLeaf helped me CLEAR my debt at my own pace with their structured program .Today I was informed of how I cleared all my debt and I have never felt so free !!!
