He arrives early when showing, engages with any neighbors out and about to get an idea about the place, as well as the neighborhood. After showings, he'd spend time with us, evaluating the place, going over it's pros and cons, trying to gauge what we liked and/or disliked about it. I highly recommend Arpad as a buyer's agent.
