I've generally managed my finances without outside help. Approaching retirement, I thought it might be worthwhile to have a professional review my investments and plan. I liked that Mark offered a fee only option. After an initial phone conversation, we decided to proceed to a meeting, where we discussed what our goals would be and also any specific questions I might have. At the end of the process we met again where I was given a detailed financial plan, answers to my specific questions, and an opportunity to as more questions. And maybe most importantly, a list of action items, actions it was recommended that I take. Throughout I found Mark to be enjoyable to work with, professional, informed, and a good listener.
