Rowena was absolutely amazing and extremely professional!! Very courteous and prompt. She answered her phone every time I called or returned my call much more quickly than expected. She explained the process in detail that was easy to understand and provided accurate information about the property. My experience with Rowena, exceeded my expectation and was very refreshing. She is a 10/10!

I want to praise Verna specifically on her showing of the house. We are hoping to rent a property through Peak and Verna’s presence and ability to communicate and affirm where needed was so deeply appreciated. She’s very friendly and informative. She did a wonderful job! (Note: this review only reflects my experience on a house tour, not with renting from Peak as I’ve yet to do so. However, if Verna is any reflection of what it’s like to rent from Peak, I’m anticipating a good experience.

Bryan, the electrician, came and fixed our outlet the next day after putting in a maintenance request. Our outlet had been smoking and having him fix it again so quickly and make sure everything was working properly/was safe, made us feel a lot safer. He also gave some tips on what to plug in/not plug into some of our extension cords so that was helpful as well!

Criz Dandan was very helpful with providing clarity regarding a matter at my residence. He calmly explained the issue and provided space for me to directly address the issue. Our calm exchange not only provided clarity, but allowed me to understand the guidelines in which the owner of my residence is operating from. I provided my information for either Evernest or the owner to contact me directly so that any issues or misunderstandings can be discussed directly and professionally. Criz was awesome.

Jason came to replace my back door because the water from the outside was flowing into my kitchen especially during heavy rains. He owned the issue, took pictures, temporarily fixed until approval for a permanent fix. He then followed up and was same worker to remove and install the door. I had curtains by the door he took the off and put them back up. As a face of your company, know he is changing the tone to trust and positive interaction. He also refused a tip and just asked for feedback to be given. Talk about integrity. Well done Jason.

I’ve been renting property for over a year and have had a great experience from the touring with Miranda. Jason in Maintenance responses to concerns in a timely manner and Recently Criz Dandan due to expected life circumstances and have been very understanding and willing to work with me with appropriate communication.overall pleased with my rental experience.
