With Charles, there were a lot of things that he suggested we don't change, and there were some really great ideas that he had to improve the growth of our portfolio in other areas. He talked about setting up a trust to protect our children, whether we had life insurance to fit our needs, and he referred us to other professionals to help make that happen. What sold me was the consultant approach to solving our problem rather than the hard sales approach or scare tactics. At the end of the meeting, my wife commented how comfortable she was. She felt, for the first time, that someone was truly in our corner...on our team. It really felt like all of the bases were covered.
