This Management co has budget friendly apartments, I have rented two of their locations and had the majority of my deposit transferred with me to the new apartment. There is always a cleaning and a pro-rated charge for t-up painting everyplace I have rented. People that think they are going to get their entire security deposit returned are not reading their agreement. Meridian does not charge BIG deposits which was nice when I was moving in, especially with all the costs of moving. I would rather paid for the services than have to do everything myself. But a clue to the previous poster . . . read your rental agreement before you sign, then you won't be complaining later. Meridian is a Good local company been in business for years. I have not problem contacting them via email.

I have had great experiences with this property management company. They are always so friendly whenever I call and prompt with addressing any concerns I have. I would recommend them to everyone! I've rented from them twice, and have had a good move in/out experience both times.

I have been their customer for about 6 months and everything is good so far. They are always friendly and ready to help me out when I call them. I would recommend them to everyone.

Love living here. Apartments are well kept and maintained, issues of all kinds are addressed quickly. Each unit includes a garage with a parking spot. Parking is a big issue if you are a 2 car household or frequently have guests. Quiet neighborhood overall with shopping mall within walking distance. Not a fan of American Capital but complex is nice.

I've been living here for almost half a year, it's wonderful and friendly. The environment is always clean. If you have any issues they are quick to answer and help. Definitely recommend living here.

Donovan is wonderful! He works very hard to maintain all the units here. He is a good listener and is quick to answer any and all maintenance requests.
