A friend of mine wanted to see some flooring, for a home remodeling project. So we decided to drive to Floor & Decor. Here's my impression after our visit. For flooring of most any kind at warehouse prices, you can't go wrong at Floor & Decor. Equal too, or larger than your regular big-box stores, and their main focus is on flooring. Everything is handicap accessible. The staff members were phenomenal. Very engaging, knowledgeable, and ready to assist you with whatever you are looking for. A shout out to Stephanie. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. And I most definitely appreciate your assistance. I would be remiss if I don't mention our very own Elvis impersonator. Our number one cashier, inviting you to shop at Floor & Decor, with a memorable medley for you, recorded live. If you took the time to read this review, please take a 1/2 second and click like. Damion went above and beyond to help me and my class fulfill a wish. He was able to find what we were looking for. You don’t get this kind of customer service just anywhere. I don’t have one of these stores near me, but if we did….they would have my business. All the employees in this store are amazing and very caring and hardworking. Something so little meant the world to us.

I had a fantastic experience with Bianca at Floor & Décor in Concord! She went above and beyond to help me find exactly the right tile. Not only did she guide me with great knowledge and patience, but she also helped load everything into my cart. Her service was top-notch, and I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her.

Our sales rep Colin was fantastic—his communication was top-notch, and he made sure we were always informed throughout the project. Any issues that came up were handled quickly and efficiently, and Colin went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final result. The flooring looks beautiful, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and service. Highly recommend this company and especially Colin for anyone considering new floors.

What a great experience with Brian and the installers. Brian was extremely helpful with helping me pick out a great quality carpet and padding. He made it so easy. I was in and out with what I wanted in 30 minutes, that is how easy it was. The installers were very professional, was respectful of my furniture when moving f. Cleaned up after their work was done. Did a great job and was finished a lot quicker than I had excepted! I love that it is a local business as well, you will not be disappointed with your experience. .
