I have worked with many companies and contractors and have never been able to recommend a company I have worked with, until now. I highly recommend Alexanders Flooring. Christian provided excellent customer service as my sales rep. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. I can not say enough for Cesar and his team of installers. They were professional, efficient, respectful, and hardworking. Highly recommend this team of professionals.

Everything went according to plan for the new carpet. I called the store, they set up a measurement of the rooms needed for carpet. I choose the carpet I wanted in store and everything went according to plan. The install date was never changed and the installers showed up on time. I would recommend them to all. I hope all have the same experience.

I had a very good experience with Alexander’s Carpet. Appointment times to measure and install were kept exactly. I had a very tight timeline to request an install, and they were able to work me in quickly. I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of each person I dealt with, from each of the persons over the phone to the actual installation contractors. Cleanup was complete, and even the courtesy call afterward for the balance of the payment was very friendly. In comparison to many companies that only offer average service, I am glad I used this company and am glad to refer them based on my experience.
