I took my F150 in for routine maintenance. After making an appointment on Friday afternoon for Monday morning, I was able to drop my truck off on Monday morning. The very professional service advisor informed me that with oil change, inspection, and complementary car wash, the total time would be about an hour. They offered to take me home and deliver the truck to me. I had my truck back, completely serviced and spotless clean in about an hour and a half. The service advisor kept me apprised of my vehicle's status every step of the way via text message, and I received a full inspection report once my vehicle was delivered. This was a great experience and I highly recommend AutoNation Ford.

Joseph at the service desk was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have been to many dealerships and service departments and yours is by far the best. From dropping my car off and getting it delivered after the service, I was kept informed and knew what was happening with my vehicle. Never have I seen such a professional, prompt and friendly service department. I am telling anyone who will listen about my awesome experience. You have earned my business Joseph.

David and Miranda were excellent. They helped me find my affordable and brand new Ford Ranger. I will definitely ask for them the next time I buy a new truck. Joseph was also great at helping me get my paperwork filled out. Thank you for the new truck.
