I’ve had a great experience here at South Bay! The apartment is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and responsive management. Monique was such a great help throughout the process of helping me find an apartment that was right for me. The location is convenient, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Overall, it’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home.

Really enjoy living here! Place is very nice and calm. Staff is great. Special thanks to Abel for taking care of my HVAC issue in my apartment quickly and professionally. It was his day off and I appreciate that he stopped by to ensure it was taken care of. I also want to thank to Ms. Ianna for taking my call and communicating with her team to get this resolved. That's a mark of a great team! 5/5.

I can't say enough positive things about the convenience and ease of the whole process from viewing the property through moving my son in at South Bay. Ianna was of great help and very responsive to my many questions. I feel the office secretary (can't remember her name...sorry) also deserves recognition for her work and kindness. I spent the weekend moving my son in and getting him settled. I left him yesterday feeling very confident in his comfort and safety at South Bay (and his very short commute to the Island University). I will write a follow-up review after I can comment on the actual living experience at the complex, but I have no reason to believe it will be anything but positives. Thank you, South Bay.

The management staff have been amazing, Angelica has been wonderful from the beginning to move in and afterwards , the location is ideal everything is within a small drive or walk, the property is very well maintained. The pool and workout area are fantastic. Parking is close to units. The units are larger than you think via pictures. Units are quite don't hear the neighbors we also have no kids living above us cant speak to all units. The upper units have lots of stairs to access 2nd and 3rd floors if you have issues with stairs take caution or try for main floor. Currently renting here 04/25 and would highly recommend. We rent a single bedroom unit.

The serene atmosphere alone makes this the place to BE! If the large infinity pool isn’t enough, the 24/7 amenities sure are enticing! The staff is always so friendly. One of the reasons I love La Joya is the community events they hold every month for their residents! It really does feel like one big family here.

Best apartments in town, waking up to see the sunrise over the bay is priceless. It really is the best view you can get at an apartment. Adrian the maintenance manager always prioritized the few work orders we had. Responded professionally and quickly. He deserves a bonus or raise! The only downside we had was our unit was directly on Ennis so there was way too much road noise, so definitely move into a unit that faces toward the parking lot or water.
