Jason was excellent with explaining potentials for different types of arrangements. After I made my father-in-law's arrangements, I came back and made my arrangements several weeks later because the process made sense, and he made the process so easy to complete. When the staff arrived to retrieve the body, they were so very professional and empathetic. One of the gentlemen looked at me and stated, 'we will take very good care of him'. That meant the world! They were so respectful!!! Brittany was the most amazing funeral director. Extremely informative, helpful, great insight and attention to details. She communicates well. She explained all my options and was open to unique family dynamics and needs. She made the entire funeral process an actual beautiful experience.

This facility went above and beyond any expectations my family had. They provided us with details we didn't even think of during our time of grief. They are an excellent facility and I would recommend them to anyone in need of services.

My father passed away in January of this year. Needless to say, it was a very difficult time for me, and I wasn't sure what my next steps would be. They had several online catalogs for me to pick and choose items from. Caskets, urns and fingerprint keepsakes that are custom ordered to my liking. It was really nice to have so many options, to fit my preferences on how I wanted to honor my father. Cameron and his staff were wonderful and took all the worry away from me on how I was going to accomplish this. I was happy for them to take the reins on this so I could pour my energy into other things. All I had to do was tell them what I wanted, and they made it happen. Thank you Naugle Staff!!! You made life a little easier for me in a time of sorrow. That is priceless!!

When my dad passed away, the people at Naugle were incredibly compassionate, efficient and helpful to my mom. They really go above and beyond to accommodate the needs of the family. They are local and family owned, which isn't easy to find these days.
