My wonderful experience started when the manager of my neighborhood. Terminix called me because I wasn’t called within 24 hours.. That instantly made me feel seen and heard. With a busy weekend coming up, They had somebody to my home within two days. Michael was extremely professional and courteous. He explained to me about what was going on and what he was doing to eliminate my problem of pests. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared with me what I was willing to hear because I have a bug phobia. I feel 1000 times better, Because I know I’m in good hands. I recommend Terminix to anyone; They also have a payment plan available when you can’t afford thousands of dollars!! Don’t wait like I did guys, It is the season For these swarmers to come in!!

Tanya made the appointment in advance, showed up on time. She was very polite and very professional!! She used her knowledge and decided to install more bait stations. I was impressed with her ability and willingness to do what she thought was necessary. She did both of our homes and I thank her for her service!! She is a valuable asset to your company…

We used All U Need for an ant issue and they had sent James S come out to help us. He did a fantastic job by putting barrier around house and spraying for the ants my husband just mentioned could they be coming from outlets. Low and behold they were. James was gracious to remove the dead nest and treated the area for us. We highly recommend James who was patient and knowledgeable. That says a lot about the company and training they provide for their team. All star company.

Almost 2 years with AllUNeed and every technician & customer support rep has been great to work with! Derek (not Chase, my bad!) did a great job today! Fair price for the quality and integrity that you get!

Michelle provided lawn service today. She was very efficient and immediately sent her report detailing the treatment for the lawn and the various weed and pest control applications. She also talked briefly with my husband to ensure we didn’t have any particular concerns. We have long had very professional and helpful technicians from Turner and Michelle is certainly one of that excellent group!

Zachary always does great work. He advised me to rake out the thatch on an area of the front lawn to allow the new grass to grow. I did that and also my entire grassy area. The grass has grown full and green. Great advice. Zachary is definitely an asset to Turner lawn services.

Dentron at Turner is very professional. Always sends a note that he’s coming, takes his time and does a thorough job. He also leaves after care instructions along with child and pet safety reminders. Great job! Thank you.
