CHAPMAN FUNERAL HOMES REVIEWS

I am 63 years old single with two boys that are in their thirties and I said to myself. I should make arrangements so after I die they don't have to worry about it. I met the owner of Chapman Funeral Homes Mary add a funeral about a week ago. I inquired to her regarding the cost of cremation. Mary was very nice and and she gave me one of her business cards. And I set up a meeting a week later and she took care of all of the details for my cremation. Mary was very patient with me, detail-oriented, kind and Pleasant to work with! The whole process only took less than an hour. I am now recommending to all my friends and family that have not done their pre-need planning to continue Mary Harmon or one of her professional staff members!

I hope you never have to make arrangements to put a loved one to rest, but if you ever do, I hope you get the pleasure of meeting Cameron. God definitely placed this man in our path. He accommodated our special circumstances and made the whole process very easy. I will forever be grateful for Cameron and everyone at Chapman funeral home for making such a difficult experience easy so that we could focus on other things. He really goes above and beyond. Someone please give this man a raise!!

My family suffered a tragic loss. We then faced many cruel challenges to have my beloved 30 year old granddaughter laid to rest. Thank goodness for my "history" w/Shannons Family Mortuary, we connected w/Julie Link. Julie compassionately, professionally and expertly supported and guided us throughout the entire process. On the day of the service, Charles and his lovely assistants provided exceptional, respectful and delicate direction to family and all in attendance as we laid our beautiful girl to rest. I cannot recommend Shannon Family Mortuary more highly, and cannot thank them enough for their compassionate service.

I love Shannon Mortuary. The staff there are so helpful and very compassionate. During the planning of my husband's memorial, Julie or Charlie Link were always there to answer my questions, made me feel like family... The chapel and the service were beautiful. I had a priest officiate. His name is Father Mario and he made it seem as if he knew my husband. Again, they made this difficult time into one that I could handle.

The day of our service Cynthia and Charles ensured everything was perfect for us. Such professionalism with my requests and care with my stepson. They were extra early to ensure it was all set up before I arrived.

He always gave me as much time as I needed and he was always there for me to answer any questions. He explained everything so clearly and wonderfully. The mortuary itself is very clean and very peaceful. I appreciated the fact that they had many options, including the very simple option that I needed. Michael and his staff were so kind and helpful in guiding us through the process after losing our loved one. We called a few mortuaries but knew from the first phone call with Michael, Ferrara Colonial was the best choice. Michael's sweet, caring nature really gave me peace of heart. In my family’s time of need to make funeral arrangements for a loved one Greg assisted us in the most professional, respectful and caring way possible. His demeanor and etiquette was on par with what would be expected if he were a part of the family. No question or accommodation was too much to ask for even in the midst of a pandemic. He allowed for us to hold our services in a safe manner while still keeping a traditional feel to everything.
