I don’t know where to begin to sing the praises of Grace Funeral Home. Kristan initially met with my husband and I about a month and a half before he passed away. She was so down to earth & “human” which is what we loved! I felt so comfortable with her & considering what we were there for, she made it as pleasant as possible. My husband loved her, too & that meant so much. When the time came that my husband passed, her staff was so kind and professional. Kristan met with me and walked me thru everything. She took care of all that needed to be done and then some. Unfortunately, 2 days before Sal died, our 14 yr old family dog passed away, too. I took her to Kristan too, as she also cremates pets. As hard as it all was I felt so at peace knowing my husband and Maggie were there together. The funeral was beautiful and flawless. I don’t know how I will ever thank her and her staff for the down to earth and humanness she put into Sal’s funeral. Also, Wally, their therapy dog, is a HUGE bonus! He is a gentle giant & he gave many people comfort. Kristan made me feel like I was the only one she was dealing with when I know she had 100 other things going on. Thank you so much, Kristan McNames and staff for all you did for my family and I. It will never be forgotten.

Grace Funeral Home is not your average stuffy somber funeral home that scares you when you walk in. It’s light and airy, perfect for sharing good memories with friends and loved ones. In the midst of so many decisions to be made, Kristan and Dana simplified everything. They are respectful and friendly. They “held our hand” every step of the way. I am so grateful to them and would recommend them to everyone who has lost a loved one. Thank you.

Death is so hard. And dealing with the logistics, planning and future can feel overwhelming and surreal. We were so thankful to work with Dan H. who was so incredible at making my dad feel supported after losing the love of his life. In the last 4 years I have lost my husband, 7 months later my dad, next was my mom and 6 months later on June 26, was my younger daughter. All 4 experiences with Fitzgerald were excellent. Ryan helped me for my husband and my daughter and he was so helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate, making a heartbreaking, difficult situation much easier. Dan helped me for my dad and Fred helped me for my mom, both were excellent also. And Delinda, your grief counselor has been such a blessing to me and I am so grateful to her.
