I have used this company for years repairing and installing a new heat pump. They have always been very responsive if there is a problem and I highly recommend them. Great people to work with. I had posted a very negative review of another heating company in the area and I have no idea how it happened, but Rockford Heating an Air was the name on the review. Absolutely nothing but a good experience with Rockford.

Called Rockford heating and & Air conditioning because my furnace was only heating to 60° and the first company that I called to come out did not correctly digignose or fix the issue. Nick from Rockford heating and Air conditioning squeezed me in the same day and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. They even gave a 30 day warranty on the work. I will be using them for all future hvac needs.

We have used them a few times and they have done great work and their pricing has been better than other local companies. I had a bit of an issue with a recent experience, and the owner called personally and rectified it. Very impressive customer service.

Braden and Chris were fantastic. They explained everything perfectly and easy to understand. They showed vast knowledge of industry standards. The best part of the whole process is the fact that they backed up what they were telling us with actual data. It made our decisions easy because we knew the data behind what we needed. I will recommend Perfect Temp to everyone I know!! Simply amazing!

Had a very good experience with this company with removal and install of both these units . My heat pump was a great upgrade was to be an AC unit but was out of stock during install . Very happy altogether. Had them out 2-3 times after install for system errors but everything seemed fine , problem was or seemed to be having vents cleaned the filter was needing changed that has been resolved.

Cory did a fantastic job. He sent me a bunch of pictures of every single thing he did and what was needed. I was very very impressed with him. he is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He said I had a problem with the airflow and sent Chris to come out and check the system.

I'm so happy I found Jake and Blue Bear Heating. He was quick to get AC added to a house of mine and coordinated with the electrician to make sure the appropriate electrical was available. He also followed up to make sure everything was running well. A few weeks later, I requested some info for another furnace/AC install via photo and he was quick to give me a call and answer some questions for me. Looking forward to working with Jake again in the future. Would strongly recommend!

Jake and his new associate were very thorough and explained everything they were doing as they did it. They explained how things worked and how they got their calculations so I could understand things. They were very friendly and did amazing work. Will definitely using them again.

Jake did a great job diagnosing my problem and giving me what my options are. Also on time for every appointment. I will definitely call him again for future needs
