Today my 8-year-old grandson and I visited the crematory garden where my son's remains are because it is his birthday. I went into the office to request help because the grass had grown over the cup that the flowers are placed in. The woman was very helpful and said somebody would be out to assist me shortly. A very nice young man named Izac using two shovels was able to not only cut away the excess grass but he also cleaned up the cup for me and brought back a grill block and cleaned off the headstone. This young man went over and above in my opinion and exhibits very good customer service skills in a situation that can be very painful at best. He was kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

My mom and dad are both buried at Ivy Lawn. They have strict rules about certain things and although I didn’t like being at the receiving end of some of these rules, I came to appreciate them and understand that the rules are set to keep the grounds clean and peaceful. I have always had good experience with the staff and found them accommodating, compassionate and understanding. Thank you Ivy Lawn for all you do.

Mom and I visited my brother yesterday and the grounds look great! His stone and area are super clean. My brother loved to visit his loved ones at Ivy Lawn and loved the Ivy Lawn Family. We miss you Rudy!

We had to find a local funeral home when my mom passed away unexpectedly, and, not knowing where to go, we went with Conejo as it had been recommended to us. And I'm so glad we did. From beginning to end, everyone there was so helpful and kind, and made everything incredibly easy on us. Working with Erin was wonderful - she kept me updated continually at every step of the process, and was tenacious in getting the documents and signatures needed to get my mother back to Illinois. It wasn't easy (the doctors weren't getting back to her), but she made it happen, and given how many details there are with such things, I was relieved to know that this part was in such capable hands. Overall, despite the sad circumstances, we had a very positive experience with Conejo and can recommend them wholeheartedly.

My daughter and I are very happy with the people of Coneio Mountain. Each one of them are kind and caring, patient and so sincere. They are ready and willing to help you in any way they can to make this process alittle easier. I am truly thankful to each one of them for their compassion at a time you need it most, I really appreciate you all very much. May God continue to bless each one of you in your work to comfort all who come there.

The livestream funeral service was so clear & wonderful. It was almost like being there. My mom & dad, my sister, and a grand nephew are all buried there, and every service was so wonderful. All the staff were caring and compassionate and helpful. We are grateful! Beautiful, peaceful grounds and facilities. This is the first service I haven't been able to attend in person, but it was wonderful, too. Easy to leave a tribute and to log in to the livestream.
