Thomas Miller Mortuary & Crematory

I recently lost my sister. I live out of the area, so had a friend pick Thomas Hill Mortuary and arrange to have them pick her up and bring her to their facility. When I arrived in town, I met with them to make arrangements. First, when I walked into the facility, I was impressed with the layout, decor and availability of venues within the facility. In my meeting, the facilitator was empathetic, professional and was able to walk me through options in a easily understandable manner. She did not suggest nor try to sell me anything I did not need. She explained my legal responsibilities and assured me she would handle these details. I was taken care of in an empathetic, and professional manner all during a very stressful time. More importantly, they took care of my sister in the most caring manner. I highly recommend this organization.

Everyone at Thomas Miller mortuary was extremely professional in helping our family select all the arrangements for the funeral service, Especially Davonne. She answered every question and addressed every concern we had beforehand. She also does the embalming herself and her work is amazing. The staff was very helpful the day of the service with our last minute decisions. Highly recommended
