Excellent work. Jake and Bob do the work really fast and they are priced very well. They worked on my Spa/Jacuzzi twice. The first time they replaced my oversized filter system with a regular cartridge filter system. The filter worked so well, I noticed my spa was a lot cleaner and it did it much faster than the old system. On the second visit they changed my pump because it died. Again, they did a great job. they gave me a good price and got the work done really fast. I highly recommend them any day!! Update: 6 yrs later. Still excellent service and fair pricing. Before contacting Jake, I called another store to try to get a pump for me and the price was ridiculous, pretty much a joke. Jake was able to fix my pump correctly and made sure that everything worked. He is super technical but I noticed that he takes pride in his work. Super rare for contractors in Corona. Again, I highly recommend this company.

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I live in Norco and the dirt is absolutely unbelievable in the pool after the winds (I expect the dirt after every wind storm) Welcome to living in a city that's surrounded by dirt. But Scott gives my pool a full service cleaning without question and works until the pool is clean (takes a few days after the winds to clear 100% but expected). The Pool Guy is a company I would highly recommend to service anyones pool.

I called about an above ground pool service and the lady over the phone gave me referrals since they don’t do that kind of service. She definitely didn’t have to so I appreciate it. Shows that they value everyone, even if they don’t offer the service.

A great company with some of the best craftsman. We were on time and on budget. Concerns during construction were handled in a timely manner with no attitudes. Jeremy and his team are professional and on point. From start to finish, these guys stay on task. On the design and changes side,they definitely go the extra mile to make sure you’re getting what you are looking for. Couldn’t be happier.

Worked with Jeremy and Paul from start to finish. They provided us with a mock-up that appeared to be a dream scenario and that is exactly what they delivered. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. They have returned to address some irregularities that weren’t noticed before and have demonstrated that they stand behind their work.
