The sales rep, Martin, was very professional and courteous and answered all of my many questions. I am very happy with the way he explained everything. I am also very pleased with the first Aptive treatment of my yard by Mellili. She was very thorough, answered all of my questions and explained everything that she did to our yard and all with a smile. Unfortunately they were out of stock on the mosquito traps, but I've been assured that as soon as they come in they will bring them out. Other than that, Aptive has done a fine job so far.

Excellent service!!!!! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough!!! From start to finish everything was explained thoroughly and I was asked if I had anymore questions before they left. No odor, no mess and safe for my pets. I am extremely happy I chose to go with Aptive Environmental!

This is the first time that I have had good service with Brooks Pest Control. Daniel was awesome hands-down. The best person I could’ve ever had come in service my home. I’ve been looking for this kind of service since I signed up with them and I’ve been ready to cancel Numerous times even with a cancellation fee. Daniel has established my faith in this company. We’ll see how it goes from here on out.

We just wanted to say thank you to Steven he came today and did it excellent job. He was the first gentleman to come in and do a thorough job as well. Can you listen to our concern and then address them to the best that he could. He was very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you Steven Steven.
