Timothy Knapp was our sales rep during Ashley’s Black Friday sales event. He was very professional and knowledgeable on all sales event details, savings, and promotions. He was very patient during our buying process and ultimately we made some great buys. The only constructive feedback I would have for the store is to speed up the paperwork process. I think paperwork process alone took more than 1 hour. Otherwise, our experience was a great one. We look forward to doing more business with Ashley Furniture in the future. Great job Timothy.

I have relocated to Midland in the past week. I found an apartment and I needed to get it furnished. I called some Rent to Own places and it was going to be around $350/month. I decided to check out Bob Mills because, for that, I may as well own. Mike met me when I walked in and was very polite. At no time did I feel rushed, he was always quick to answer any questions that I had. I could not have asked for a better experience. This was my first time to a Bob Mills store and I can firmly say that I am a lifelong customer due to Mike and the team! Oh, and I walked out with a payment under $225!! Very excited about the purchase: new Queen Bed, 2 nightstands, new mattress, entertainment center, and a cool new couch with all the bells and whistles! Thank you again.

Came here with my boyfriend to look for a dining room table. Weldon was prompt to assist us and showed us many options. We found the perfect table set at a reasonable price, which was the exact same one we looked at at another store (but almost double the price there). Would definitely recommend coming here.
