Emily, the assistant community manager did everything in her power for me to feel comfortable. She showed me the property, and gave me lots of choices for me to choose my next home. I am glad i found Mesquite Terraces Apartments. Vey clean and very well maintained, i am sure i will have the best time living here.

They are a 3 years old and are in really great condition inside out. the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to help your needs, I will always recommend it to others.
The moment I walked in the office it felt like home! As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped. Everyone was very friendly. They answered all my questions and made time to show me around. Good, safe place to live. It is a newer complex and does not have many maintenance issues but if something does happen, it is resolved quickly. Office staff has always been helpful and the current management is better than what it used to be.
Everyone at this complex is really nice and family oriented! Such a great group of people. The apartment’s are nice and updated and the common area amenities are great. Close to shopping and access to the loop.
We love this community! The staff was great with making us feel welcome, maintenance is always making repairs in a timely manner. Stacey is always great with helping us with whatever we need.

I have visited several properties and this one is by far the best one I've seen! Walked into the property and felt welcomed right away! The staff was very helpful and always with a smile giving me all the information I needed on a one bedroom. Will be moving soon and can't wait to be part of this community!
I went in and toured the property, Juan was very professional and attentive to my needs. The office staff was great and very nice. They were all joining together as a great team in order to make me feel at home. I am definitely looking forward to living at Aviare Place. I love their pet park and the fact that they have a 24hr gym as well.
Juan Urias helped us fill out our lease for an apartment. He answered every question we had. This place is very nice. He even recommended movers to us. I look forward to moving in. The leasing process was quick and easy.
