RESIDENCE AT MIDLAND REVIEWS

Residence at Midland is a gem in the middle of the Permian Basin. We needed a last minute short term lease and showed up Friday evening 5 mins before the office closed in a bit of a panic. Stacey and Alyssa were immediately welcoming going above and beyond (staying late) to accommodate our needs and getting us settled with the perfect apartment home for my son and his friend. Stacey even connected us with a fantastic home furnishings rental company. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are amazing. We are so impressed with Residence at Midland, and the graciousness & hospitality of the staff! What a wonderful welcome to Midland.

Very pleased with the service Whitney has provided for us!! She was very accommodating and made the move in super easy. Maintenance is great and quick. She was beyond helpful and we are extremely pleased. If you move to the Midland area I would highly suggest to come visit Whitney.

The Residence @ Midland is a fantastic place to live. The leasing staff are awesome Ms Stacy, Alyssa, and Whitney are fantastic and we appreciate all their assistance. Highly recommend anyone to get an apartment here! Super helpful and friendly.

MESQUITE TERRACES APARTMENTS REVIEWS

First Impressions were great! I was greeted by Rosalee and Angela - both ladies were very professional and very welcoming. At first glance, the apartment complex seems quiet, respectable and the unit that I viewed was very clean and spacious. The location is an easy access to the loop. An added bonus, in my opinion, is that the unit comes with a full washer and dryer! I'm looking forward to moving in and maybe even, on occasion, going for a swim in the pool.

Angela assisted me with signing the lease. She was very nice, professional, and was very helpful in answering any questions I had. I have had no issues with applying for this apartment and they are very responsive to any concerns I had. The prices are affordable and beat other Midland apartments.

Rosalee and Irene were very kind and helpful in helping me with my application. They have made this process fast and smooth and I could not thank them enough. Thank you ladies for your welcome and warm hospitality.

Just last month I was feeling very stressed about finding my next apartment. After running into several dead ends during my search, I finally found North Ridge Courts and scheduled a tour. That’s when I met Shantil, who guided my boyfriend and me through the exact apartment we had been hoping to find. From the very beginning, Shantil was incredibly friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. She was extremely communicative throughout the entire process—always informative, quick to respond, and attentive to our questions and needs. She was also a great listener, which made the experience feel very personalized. Overall, I had an amazing experience working with her. She truly helped us find exactly what we were looking for and made what had been a very stressful situation so much easier. I’m very grateful for all her help and would highly recommend working with her.

Hellen was such a ray of sunshine, she gave me excellent service and took her time to explain everything in detail along with explaining some of my concerns. Absolutely love this apartment and definitely looking into my future apartment here !.
