I cannot express enough, my gratitude for Drew O’s expertise and skill with repairing my garage door. The spring recently broke, damaging some additional parts along with it. While the project initially looked as though a total door replacement was necessary, Drew was able securely and safely repair the door, providing a more economical service for which I was greatly relieved after having just exhausted my home repair budget on an exterior paint project. Drew was knowledgeable, experienced, personable and friendly, a very active listener, and overall extremely skilled in his field. Primos helped us out after a friend damaged our garage door several years ago. They replaced the garage door and made sure everything was back in mint condition. More recently, my keypad was having difficulty. I called Primos because I was familiar with their work. Lindsay was kind and efficient, and she was able to get someone scheduled to fix it the very next day, even though it was on the weekend. My technician, Juan, was very professional, able to diagnose the problem with ease, and get everything working again quickly. I strongly recommend them for anything from complete replacement to simple fixes.

5 star service! Freeman came in bright early and took care of everything that I needed. Lindsay was helpful with looking at my options and delivering exactly what I wanted and more. Thank you so much Primos Garage Doors! I will definitely reach back out again for any of my garage door needs.

Great and fast service! Moses came out same day of issue and presented multiple options for a replacement. After deciding on the best option Moses got right to work and got all sensors, motor, and electricals hooked up within an hour. Garage opener works great.

Great job, excellent and fast service. I needed it urgently because it's a mechanic's workshop, and I needed to get a car out. He detected and fixed the problem very quickly.
