Up until I used Overhead door I was a firm believer in online reviews. After reading these reviews I went with one of Overheads competitors who had a perfect five star rating. They never showed or called to inform me they needed to reschedule. I reluctantly contacted Overhead, funny thing was the technician called twice before his arrival. He arrived at 2:00PM, the hottest time of day, and repaired a 20 year old door we thought would have to be replaced and saved us close to $1800. My wife and I are so thankful for Jeff and his expertise and willingness to work in less than favorable conditions to get the work done. A simple “thank you” does not express our extreme gratitude for what he did. Guess who we will use when the door has to be replaced!

Thankful to Overhead Door of the Permian for their great service repairing our garage door. Their technician, Robert is a joyful and fun guy that was extremely thourough in his explanation of what needed to be done. Don't be fooled by people that try to copy them with a name that sounds like theirs. These guys are the real deal and will do it right!

Very pleased with the quality service provided. Eddy was very informative and quick to resolve the issue with my garage door. I highly recommend their services.

We were very impressed with the service we received. Robert was extremely professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure we fully understood the work being done. The workshop door was installed quickly, and they were very accommodating with our schedule, which we truly appreciated. It was such a smooth and easy experience thanks to Robert’s thoroughness and care. We are very grateful for the excellent service!

Scheduled my appointment for the day after I called. Robert called in advance to update his expected arrival time. Work was done quickly and very professionally. He even programmed my car's remote! Love that he went the extra mile! Highly recommend and would use again.

Pro Lift was amazing. Scheduled immediately, showed up on time and communicated thru the process. Robert and his guy were fast & friendly. I’ve always had bad luck with garage doors. I’ll definitely be using Robert from now on. Thanks guys.

Highly recommend Kelly’s. I just assumed they would swap out the springs and call it a day. Then he went to the opener and adjusted several things so that it worked right. Did I mention that this happened the same day I called. Excellent service.

Very professional and good service. Came out let us know the issue and fixed our garage door same day. Before he left showed us what was fixed. Will recommend to anyone needed garage door service.
