This is my third time using GR8 Garage Door for my apartment units Outstanding work. The process was smooth from start to finish, with excellent communication and professionalism from the installation team. The quality of the door itself is outstanding—sturdy, well-insulated, and visually appealing.The installation crew also took the time to explain how to operate and maintain the door, which I really appreciated.

GR8 Garage Doors truly is GREAT!! I couldn’t be happier with my garage door. I called because my spring broke on my garage and Gabriel was here within an hour. He fixed my door and it has never been so quiet! He recommended I lubricate the door twice a year and showed me what to buy. Precision was able to come same day. Brian did a thorough job of evaluating the current setup and getting a good history of maintenance etc. Made several recommendations and estimates based on what I might want to consider doing. Explained the cost of each scenario and the good/negative aspects of each. I Made my choice and he completed the project . Made sure to run through the programming setup afterwards and the differences between new system and old system. I felt the cost was fair and Brian was very professional in his presentation of the choices and the completion of the work. Good PR (I work with the public so am sensitive to how others come across).

Katy received my call and scheduled the appointment for within the next two hours. Dylan was assigned to the job, who called me twice in two hours to provide arrival update. He arrived exactly the time he gave me. Dylan was very courteous and customer friendly. He inspected the technical problems of my garage door and provided three options to me to decide. He fixed the problem as promised and completed the repair in less than two hours. I am very satisfied, and certainly will recommend Precise to anyone who may need their garage door checked and repaired.

Julian was an absolute professional! He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional during the repair process. He performed a safety inspection of my door upon arrival (pointing out what parts needed repair and they would be installed). He then went over the estimated costs and included warranties. The repair took about 45 minutes. He then took the time to point out all the new parts and how to keep them in working condition. The payment process was easy and was exactly what he quoted me. I would highly recommend Julian. He was awesome.
