I chose to contact this company based on the reviews. Our garage door spring broke. They quickly sent a tech out within a couple hours of contacting them. Kasey did a great job. He explained in detail what needed to be repaired and what was recommended. He provided multiple quotes to best fit our needs. He completed the job quick and he was friendly and professional. I would recommend this company.

Kasey Snider did a fantastic job repairing my garage door. For some time, it had been noisy and would drop abruptly when closing, so I scheduled a tune-up. Kasey serviced both garage doors and quickly diagnosed the problem, recommending an effective solution. He was knowledgeable, technically skilled, and worked efficiently—replacing the damaged spring and frayed cable in a timely manner. He also took the extra step of programming a remote control for future convenience.

Great customer service! One of my garage doors broke and it was stuck shut. I called A Plus Garage Door Repair after hours for an emergency repair and they had a tech on site within the hour. I can not say enough great things about my experience with their on call tech, Kasey. He was polite, professional, personable and incredibly helpful.

Jesse Magana from Precision Garage Door came out for a standard garage tune-up on our new construction home, and I was genuinely impressed with the experience. He quickly spotted several issues that our original installer had either overlooked or done incorrectly—things we never would have noticed on our own.

We had an issue with our garage door after business hours. We called around 7pm and a Precision operator took our call and promptly scheduled a repair technician for the following morning at 9am. Trevor was prompt to arrive and immediately diagnosed the issue. He provided 3 reasonable estimates for repair, didn't try to oversell, and had everything repaired and running within the hour. We were very pleased with the services provided.

Thank you for the service provided. Now I feel safe in my home. The technician, Jesse Magana, was very professional, explaining every detail. My garage door is fixed. I feel safe in my home again.

He called me as soon as he figured out what needs to be done and gave me a good quote for the work provided. Karson was extremely efficient in the work he did and communicated everything every step of the way. He was also very respectful with my wife and young son at home going about their daily schedule. Fantastic service! Karson was terrific, he knew exactly what to do and explained things we should look for. He fixed an issue we were having with the openers, and now they work perfectly. He serviced both of our doors as well. We will have Wicked Garage Doors do all of our maintenance in the future and I would definitely recommend them!.
