Kasey Snider did a fantastic job repairing my garage door. For some time, it had been noisy and would drop abruptly when closing, so I scheduled a tune-up. Kasey serviced both garage doors and quickly diagnosed the problem, recommending an effective solution. He was knowledgeable, technically skilled, and worked efficiently—replacing the damaged spring and frayed cable in a timely manner. He also took the extra step of programming a remote control for future convenience.

Great customer service! One of my garage doors broke and it was stuck shut. I called A Plus Garage Door Repair after hours for an emergency repair and they had a tech on site within the hour. He quickly spotted several issues that our original installer had either overlooked or done incorrectly—things we never would have noticed on our own.

We had an issue with our garage door after business hours. We called around 7pm and a Precision operator took our call and promptly scheduled a repair technician for the following morning at 9am. Trevor was prompt to arrive and immediately diagnosed the issue. He provided 3 reasonable estimates for repair, didn't try to oversell, and had everything repaired and running within the hour. We were very pleased with the services provided.

Great experience and very fast service at a reasonable price. The company was super responsive when I contacted them and got a detailed quote to me quickly. They were also fast to get me scheduled for the work. Louis Dill did a great job with the install and repairs as well as servicing things up for me. Fast, hard worker that also took the time to work me through how the new openers operated. It's been 30 years since the first openers were installed so a lot has changed and Louis was great showing me all of that. Highly recommend.
