We had the closing of the house scheduled on a Friday. The day before was the walk through on the house, and the garage door wasn’t opening properly. A well known friend called Arturo and he was there next day, first thing in the morning and fixed it. Closing on the house was finalized with no issues and new buyers were happy garage door was fixed! Such great and fast service. Very well recommended.
