Came out just a few days after I called. Quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Serviceman was friendly and personable and treated the tracks to cut down the horrible racket door made opening and closing with no additional charge. Repair was expensive, but fair. Douglas was recommended by my physical therapist and I would gladly pass that recommendation on!

Incredible. Garage spring broke on a Friday night. Cold called Douglas Garage Door on the emergency line. Within an hour a technician was on-site getting us up and running. When I inquired about making my payment he said, “we can take care of that later…just enjoy your weekend and someone from the office will call you next week.” Prompt response to emergencies, efficient, helpful, great job from start to finish.

Responded to our call quickly and performed the repairs efficiently. Parts had to be ordered which took a bit of time but overall a great company to use.
