Raynor Garage Doors of Kansas City

I was having a couple annoying o issues with my main garage door and left an after hours message requesting an appointment. I received a return call promptly the following morning and got an 3 hr estimated appointment for later that morning. The service technician called as he was starting my way and arrived at time he said he’d be there. He was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the issue and offered multiple solutions including some I could do myself. He had multiple years with the company and had obviously experienced my issues multiple times. Rather than push expensive replacement options, he performed expertly some within the minimum service charge and left me with instructions on others I could do on my own. I am very satisfied with the service and instructions I received for ongoing efforts I can take to avoid similar issues in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Have used this company twice at two different locations. Bought garage doors each time. Chris Vazquez (salesman) is very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Installers were hard workers and respectful as well. Would definitely recommend to others needing garage doors/openers. Did compare prices with other companies and found Reynor to be the most reasonable.

I've used Raynor to replace door opener, routine maintenance, and most recently replace the torsion spring. Their technicians are always on time and do great work at very reasonable prices. They have and keep a 5 star rating for a reason, they're just great. Thx guys!
