Dr. Dam listened to my concerns and answered in a professional way. She asked questions then gave options, we reached testing decisions and she had her assistant schedule the procedure right there and then. I appreciated the service and assistance received. Her assistant Chris was also professional and friendly. Chris was very knowledgeable; having worked in the Professional area of training those looking for jobs, how to dress for success while maintaining a professional image including other areas, I would suggest that he wear proper top/shirt attire to be identified as part of your staff team. Please know that the service was very prompt and professional, this is only a suggestion.

The entire healthcare experience with Dr. Dam and her staff is excellent... friendly, competent, and actually interested in finding solutions to your problem. Actual healCARE. Rare and a great experience.

Her and her team were excellent. It was my first visit with her. Her team made me feel very comfortable. I had a great experience.

My mom was hospitalized in an emergency situation and landed in the care of Dr. Ibrahim for her first procedure. This was a very scary and stressful time for all of us and he made my mom feel at ease and comfort the whole time during the procedure before and after he was amazing and my mom couldn’t stop talking about what a wonderful man he was and we were very pleased with the outcome and how smoothly the procedure went. He explained everything to her while I was not there & being that English is not her first language this was very helpful because she was able to explain the whole thing to me which only meant she understood exactly what he told her. He was very attentive and very Understanding. It was obvious he cared and he truly took care of my mom from start to finish. Thank you, Doctor Ibrahim! God bless you.

Dr. Ibrahim was AMAZING today. We had our first consult appointment with him. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. He came well prepared as far as being familiar with our previous GI history. He showed empathy and took the time to answer all of our questions We would DEFINITELY recommend him to anyone needing help with GI issues.

I was treated very kind with everyone I dealt with! Everyone was cheerful and kind! Dr.Ibrahim is great I hope he will be my Dr. 2 years from now when I need my procedure done again!

I cannot say enough good things about this office. For something as personal as this, the office is VERY professional. I am sure he has heard all the jokes, yet he continues to laugh with you to make you feel more at ease. Hi anesthetist, Steve Brown is excellent, and I am impressed that Dr. Elsakr sees the need for his help during the procedure. My primary care physician received his report the same day as the procedure, and intervened as needed.

Dr. Elsakr at is phenomenal. With years of experience, he brings expertise and precision to every procedure. The staff is equally impressive, providing compassionate care and professionalism. The office manager is responsive and efficient, making scheduling seamless. I highly recommend this Endoscopy Clinic.

The doctors are very thorough efficient and caring my son has gastrointestinal issues another gastroenterologist ., just put him on a diet ., this office dr. Did a full comprehensive evaluation and found an abnormality in one of his organs . I want to thank everyone in this office so much .
