"Long Bridge Golf Course was designed and built by the famous architect Merle Buerkett. Michelle Buerkett is the manager and co-owner of the golf course. Their staff provides a friendly, clean, and comfortable environment, which welcomes golfers and non-golfers. The golf course spans over 3,000 yards and boasts two par 3 holes, five par 4 holes, and two par 5 holes. The fairways and tee boxes are bluegrass, the greens are bentgrass, and the roughs are a mixture of bluegrass and fescue. The LBGC clubhouse has an outstanding 10th-hole bar and grill with outdoor deck seating and banquet facilities. The unique combination of grasses creates vast and playable areas surrounded by natural tall grasses, which provides a matchless and enjoyable golfing experience.

"Bunn Golf Course is a regulation 18-hole facility that has a tree-lined course with narrow fairways and challenging holes. The course was designed by Roger B. Packard. From the longest tees, the golf course presents a length of 6,104 yards for a par of 72. They have recommended that players play from tees that will allow them to hit a par-4 green with their second shot. The club takes pride in creating an inviting and friendly atmosphere where everyone can enjoy the game. The 18th green is one of the most challenging greens in the area.

Great layout! EVERYTHING is green right now. Super nice tee boxes, fairways and greens. Friendly staff. Played with a member. He was very helpful on where to hit your shots on blind holes. Tornado went through last week and the course showed no signs of damage. Definitely will be back!

I used the driving range. Well managed and reasonably priced. All grass in great shape with enough targets to vary your aim points. Reasonably spacious tee boxes rotated to keep grass playable. Faces west so late evening can be challenging.

Good course layout and it is in good shape. The greens have enough undulations to make it more interesting. A few narrow fairways will challenge your decision to use a driver.

Long Bridge Golf Course is absolutely amazing! The service is great! The staff is friendly! The food has never been anything short of perfect. This business really knows what they are doing. They make you feel at home as soon as you walk in. You get served right away and never have to worry about when your food or drinks are coming. I highly recommend Long Bridge for a great lunch or dinner. Not to mention the patio area and golf course is beautiful! They always have bands on Friday nights too if you’re looking for some good entertainment. Michelle is a great business owner and is always present in the workplace. 5 stars!

Amazing little course that really plays above it's reasonable greens fee!! Elevations keep the tee boxes exciting, well-manicured greens are not easy "one putts." Plenty of water hazards to thin that ball collection- highly recommend this course.

Amazing golf course, absolutely beautiful. Michelle is a most generous host and takes good care of her clientele! Thanks Long Bridge for a wonderful outing!

BUNN GOLF COURSE REVIEWS

I have been playing this course for 50 years and can say it has always been run as if it were a pro course. It is well managed and maintained with mature trees, well laid out play and nice pro shop. The local pro has always been eager to help folks and provide lessons for those trying to perfect your swing. Bunn is not the easiest course to reach in town but by far it is one of the best courses you will play. It is long enough for anyone wanting a challenge and short enough for any novice. The course is just right for playing any time you want a great game.

Very nice public golf course. Good yardages, lots of variety. I especially liked that the course was completely adhering to the Illinois Covid-19 guidelines. I walked 9 holes for $11.50 senior rate. The course was not crowded and the pace was just right.

Lots of mature trees and some water makes this a challenging but not overwhelming course. It’s aesthetically pleasing and interesting layout, it’ll keep you on your toes while enjoying at the same time.
