I received a notice of cancellation from my home insurance company due to moss and mildew on my roof. I was required to get my roof cleaned with a soft pressure wash and have it chemically treated to remove the moss/mildew as well as act as a preventative. I called JNS because of their excellent reviews and was not disappointed. The owner, Jay, gave me a fair quote with a clear explanation of what he would do. He was kind and very professional. I then decided to get my gutters cleaned also. Jay and his team were available as soon as I needed them and they showed up on time, ready to work. They took before and after photos so I could see exactly what they did. My roof never looked so good! And the gutters looked amazing. I was able to submit Jay’s report and the photos to my insurance company and they renewed my insurance! I’m so pleased with the work of JNS and feel confident that my roof and gutters are now in good, safe condition.

We had an excellent experience with JNS Power Washing! From the start, the staff was incredibly kind and professional. Getting a quote was easy, and the prices were very competitive. Today, two team members came out to clean the moss off our roof, and they did an amazing job. The roof looks spotless, and they were efficient, friendly, and thorough. They even cleaned up everything perfectly afterward. Highly recommend their services!

AA GUTTER CLEANING REVIEWS

I have used Justin multiple times over the years to clean my gutters. It is easy to set up an appointment and you don't have to be home for the cleaning. I know he will do a great job either way. This year we had solar panels installed and Justin noticed that they were super dirty even though they were just installed. He sent me a picture of them so I could see how dirty they were and offered to clean them while he was doing the gutters. When he was done, he sent me an after photo. What a difference. I will be adding his solar panel cleaning service when I get my gutters cleaned.

I was so happy to have found AA Gutter Cleaning in Pleasant Hills, CA. I first talked to Dean (owner) in the office who was very friendly and then he sent Justin (Dean's son) out to the house. Justin was also very friendly. Justin not only cleaned our gutters but also took down 2 satellite dishes that were no longer being used. "AA Gutter Cleaning" was Quick, professional, and down to earth. Very affordable as well. I confess I have not had gutters cleaned in 4 years. But recently I have heard that this is a common way that a house could catch fire. Us in the Bay Area have seen embers crossing high ways. But one source I read said that if those same embers were to land in your gutter they could easily catch fire. Not sure if that's true but I didn't want to take the risk. Mine were so clogged that water was spilling over them. Squeaky clean now! One less thing to worry about! I wish I took a before picture.
