Michael, my technician for removing and treating fine moss from my roof, was the best! He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and let me know how long he was going to be, let me know that the outdoor furniture was not going to be in the way. He worked long and hard to complete the multi-step process, which included cleaning my gutters. The great service started way before Michael with the office staff and with, Chris, who first took my call and explained their service and made me aware of how they were different from their competitors.
