After the sudden passing of our mother, we were in need of a place to store and stage our mother's belongings while we continued grieving. Sarah was very helpful, professional, patient, polite, compassionate, and empathetic to our situation. She was able to answer any questions we had and provide us with any information we needed to know. The epitome of excellent customer service. The facility itself was very clean and had many available options. We found the perfect one for us. Would and will highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location to anyone in need.

I have had storage at this facility for about eight years. Today Imet Melisa who was just fabulous. She was patient and helped me with my look. She took over and solved the problem in no time. Please let her know how much I appreciated her help.

Customer service was awesome! Melissa is always available to answer any question and is always happy to talk with us. Definitely recommend storing your items at this business location.

StorQuest Elk Grove is the BEST. Summer and Laurissa has always been sweet and accommodating for my family. They are knowledgeable and resourceful when it comes to the business of moving and storage. Plus their security is TOP NOTCH. My dad passed away and they were able to be a big help as far as figuring out what I need to make our move smooth. Thank you ladies for making this transition smooth.

Summer and staff are great! Made the process super easy. The facility is super clean, up-to-date facilities and most importantly secured. They also carry everything you need - packing supplies, storage supplies, locks, and carts to help move furniture or boxes from truck/car to unit. I highly recommend StorQuest.

The man in the office, I believe his name is David, was the nicest person. The area was very clean. My storage space is perfect for my needs. Great suggestion by him. I'm very pleased.

We were not sure what size storage we would need. We completed the paperwork except for the unit no and date, called when we knew which unit we would need, paid over the phone, final information was provided to us and everything was ready to unload when we arrived. They also offered extra time if we needed it. Very pleasant people to deal with.

I have used this place twice now to get an early start on moving and have had a great experience both times. It was not only easy to reserve units with great deals, but the staff was pleasant and helped get me out of there fast so I could go back to work. Both units I had were great and felt safe coming here. The staff offered me cookies and coffee while signing the notice to vacate papers.

Desiree was super helpful and very nice when asking about pricing. She was a wonderful worker and made sure I knew everything without questions.
