I dropped in this morning before my conference and had a great workout! The coach was very thorough in helping understand the purpose of the workout and how to modify.
Fabulous gym only a mile from the French Quarter. Workout was awesome! Coach was super friendly and helpful. Great place to drop in during your trip to NOLA. Will definitely be back!
Great gym! I’m in town from Gainesville, FL and did a drop-in with Coach Phil. Loved the workout!! Highly recommend this gym.
