This is the best gym experience I’ve ever had! It’s not intimidating and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Lorenzo for helping me out with my inbody scan. Super professional environment. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in starting their fitness journey!

Always greeted with great energy. Great staff, helpful managers. Trainers always eager to help motivate and create a fun gym experience. I been coming to fitness 19 for 14 years and I can honestly say i have become really comfortable with the environment. Thank you fitness 19!

This gym is great! The environment really has improved. Especially with the re-opening after covid the atmosphere and staff have really gone up. The sign up process was fast and easy I remember when I originally went in 4 years back it’s just felt like it lacked effort. Really glad to see it improving and can’t wait to keep going.
