In the gym world it is hard to retain even management. The managers in place have been with the company for multiple years. The group X team has a core group who has also been there for length as well. Great, CLEAN, atmosphere.

Katie is a fantastic instructor. She motivates you to do your best, challenges you to go for your goals and keep making new ones. She energizes you to keep going when you think you can't. She's real shares her personal challenges and how to preserve and overcome obstacles.

I love the classes especially if Katie is teaching, I love the motivation she gives and the passion she has for the people in the class she make me feel great after the workout.
