Studio 4:8 Yoga has been such a happy place for me this year. Each instructor brings her unique gifts and talents to class which makes it fun to try different types of yoga. Love of the Lord and becoming an even better version of yourself is an underlying theme that connects everyone who attends a session. Studio 4:8 is welcoming and will bring out the joy within you.

The best yoga experience! I started at Studio 4:8 in December 2019 on a student membership and never left. It's a wonderful age-and-stage diverse community. You're welcomed as you are, and it won't be long before everyone knows your name. I love that nobody cares which brand of leggings you wear or what mat you bring. It's an authentic community through and through. Every instructor is my favorite, and the owner is one heck of a woman. So many good things.

Best yoga and sound healing experience I've ever had. Angela was great at modified poses and making sure everyone had a truly healing and uplifting experience. The ambience and cleanliness of her studio is top notch. Highly recommend.

Wild Root has meant a lot to me, and if you're looking for a yoga studio that’s about more than just movement—one that prioritizes connection, mindfulness, and community—then Wild Root is for you.

I'm so glad I decided to visit this studio. I was searching for a specific type of studio. A place that was welcoming. Were instructors focused on yoga as part of your well-being. I have not been disappointed. The owner is great too! One thing, the studio is tucked away a bit. So it is hard to see from the parking lot. But it is too the left of the Benjamin Moore sign.

I’ve been attending classes at this studio for four years. The instructors are so knowledgeable, kind, and caring, and they make the classes fun. The community at Wild Root lifts my soul.
