Metroflex Gym

Came into town to visit some family, ended up getting some free time so I decided to come check this place out! No joke, I had the best leg workout of my life. Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was unmatched. Definitely going to visit my in laws more often just so I can workout here LOL. They also have a really cool vending machine that has tons of protein packed snack options, protein shakes and pre workout drinks. I tried the Blueberry Legendary protein pop-tart and the Quest protein peanut butter cups which were amazing. To say the least, I love this place.

The fish in the aquarium are dead, but excellent room in which I have spent thousands of euros of what it takes when you are a top athlete

Great gym environment. Everyone seems really focused on their workouts not just standing around taking up space. And people are willing to help out if you need it. Great gym.
