Orangetheory Fitness

I love OTF. The coaches and staff are fantastic! You never know what you're going to get from class to class, which I love because I don't get bored. I look forward to going and feel accomplished after every workout. If you're thinking of trying, I highly recommend you take advantage of the free class.

Orange theory fitness is cross training. Each muscle group is targeted and no two workouts are the same. I love the coaches, staff and the people that I work out with They have become dear friends. We have a common goal MORE LIFE! And that’s exactly what I have.

Everyone from staff, coaches, other members are nice, welcoming and are helpful. I am relatively new and have been impressed with everything, including the equipment and facility. Mary Christy.
