Good experience for a first time at the New Orleasn East location. Except that the pressure in the showers was very low. Other than that, I love that it's readily accessible of the highway and the two ladies at the desk were very customer-friendly. I am upgrading to the Black Card after a few more visits if they are consistently as good as today's experience.

The team respond to requests or concerns and do a good job to ensure a comfortable, clean and safe area to work out.

Although the pandemic has taken a hit on many people. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. At my location the staff are engaged with their clientele.
