Went to the gym for the first time intimidated & confused with the machinery but Patrick helped me thru everything & even gave me a tour of the gym & how to use the equipment!!!, was so satisfied i signed up for the black card membership!. So if anyone comes here, look for Patrick, He’s the man!

These facilities are so well-maintained! The staff is always friendly, and as always doing their part to keep the facilities clean. It’s a fun happy environment… Always more fun to work out when people are working out around you. Lots of space… Equipment is always available!
